WHAT IS JIU-JITSU?
Jiu-Jitsu is a Japanese originated martial art which combines blocking, striking, throwing, choking, kicking, joint locking and ground techniques. Jiu-Jitsu can be called “the mother of martial arts” (Japanese origin). The known styles as Judo, Aikido and Karate are formed from Jiu-Jitsu. Jiu-Jitsu is a mixture of all these other martial arts.
