At Ichinen Bridport we offer Jiu-Jitsu education for children and adults.Training is on Mondays and Thursdays. Children from the age of 6 start 05.45 pm for an hour. The adult session starts at 7.00 pm and lasts an hour and a half. We study traditional Japanese Jiu-Jitsu. The focus is on self defence and personal well being. We are a well structured martial art school and you can do all grading up to your black belt at Ichinen Bridport.
