In March, Ichinen Bridport offers a very special extra teaching. A seminar in Bridport for all martial artists with the focus on breathing, meditation, and the power within. The seminar will be held at the dojo St. Catherine’s Primary in Bridport.
On a Sunday from 1000 – 1300 hours. The exact date will be published soon on our Facebook page and via the WhatsApp group. The fee for 3 hours of highly qualified content is £22 for Ichinen Bridport members. External students pay £ 30 to take part. The seminar is suitable for all junior and senior students. Minimum age is 10 years.
