Up until recently, I was encouraging people to meditate but didn’t do it myself regular on a daily basis. I simple couldn’t establish the time to do so. Now that I’m meditating, I even more highly encourage you to make it a daily habit. It’ll give you lots of energy and lower your stress levels. You do not sit for long time. It is important to do it regular. Even 10 minutes a day will show great positive results.
